Apron feeders pan, also called feeder flight, is the spare parts of pan feeder machine. It is produced in cast manganese steel or fabricated steel pans (flights).
The feeder pan are driven by sprockets that are mounted to a head shaft. The pans travel with the chain and articulate over the head sprockets to discharge material.

SINCO apron feeder pans are made from a modified grade of manganese steel ASTM A128. Extremely high toughness is common in this alloy which ensures that the pans will not fail during extreme service conditions. This material is capable of work hardening while in service and can provide extended service life, especially over fabricated pans. Extensive inspection and pressembled sections of conveyor assures that all links fit and work properly together.

Sinco apron feeder flight perform well in a range of heavy duty applications with high loads and high impact conditions.
Precise design and quality control in the manufacturing process ensure superior wear characteristics and lower maintenance requirements. This reduces both operating costs and downtime.
